November 29, 2013: Joint meeting of IASON, ENSOCIO-LA, SUSTAIN EU-ASIA & RECREATE FP7 - ENV projects

The Coordinators of four related projects, Petros Patias, Coordinator of EU project IASON, Mark Morris, Coordinator of EU project ENSOCIO-LA , Oliver Lah, Coordinator of EU project SUSTAIN EU-ASIA, Robbert Fisher, Daniel Gehrt, Coordinators of EU project RECREATE, met at the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy (JIIP) Offices in Brussels to discuss the possible structure and approach for future synergies.

The scope of meeting was to:

• identify synergies regarding collecting information on EU research relating to Climate Action, Resource Efficiency and Raw Materials,
• to tune activities on databases under development to store, analyse or access relevant nformation
• to identify links to other actions or projects (other than projects represented at this meeting)
• and define a strategy for enhancing cooperation between the projects represented at this meeting

The 4 coordinators were also joined by Iveta Aizbalte (EU officer for ENSOCIO-LA) and Jesus-Maria Alquezar (EU officer for IASON, SUSTAIN EU-ASIA and RECREATE, substituting Marialuisa Tamborra)
